Any reproduction, even partial, requires the written consent of its rights holder. What this website is, and what it is not This website presents the festival and the establishment. It does not allow you to play, place bets or pay online. No registration for a tournament is validated here: it is done at the cashier, at the casino. The programme is not a commitment The times, structures and prices published here are those communicated by the establishment on the date indicated on each page. The tournament director may adjust them according to organisational requirements. In the event of a discrepancy between this website and the display in the room, the display in the room shall prevail. Prices in euros All financial transactions at the casino are settled in Moroccan dirham. Conditions of entry

Age

Access to the gaming room is reserved for adults. Identification is requested at the entrance, regardless of the apparent age of the person presenting themselves. Access to the Casino is FORBIDDEN to persons under 18 years of age.

Documents

A valid identity document is required to enter: PASSPORT ONLY.

Most of the festival players come from abroad: present yourself with the document you used to enter Morocco.

The Casino card

The Casino membership card is issued directly when an account is created. It can be physical or sent by QR Code by email.

Who can enter

Everyone is welcome at the Casino de Marrakech provided that the person is of legal age (18+) with appropriate behaviour.

Attire

Proper attire is required. Sports jerseys, sports/swimming shorts and open shoes are forbidden in the Casino, in the gaming room. More casual attire is tolerated during the Poker festivals in the Salons du Palace, but does not grant access to the table games and slot machines room.

Opening hours

The room is open every day. The tables open at 17:00, the cash game at 18:00, the machines at 14:00, and the night ends between 07:00 and 08:00 depending on the games. The times for each game are shown on its page.

The right to refuse entry

The establishment may refuse access or ask a person to leave the room in the cases provided for by the regulations and by its internal rules.

Gambling should remain a pleasure

Poker and table games are entertainment. They are neither a source of income, nor a way to fix a financial difficulty. Only stake sums whose loss would change nothing in your life.

Three habits that protect

Before you sit down, decide how much you are prepared to lose, and stick to it. Also decide the time at which you get up from the table. Never play to recover what you have just lost: it is the move that costs the most.

The signs that should alert you

Playing longer or bigger than planned. Borrowing to play, or playing money meant for something else. Lying to those close to you about the time or sums played. Playing to forget something else. Getting angry when you cannot play.

If you recognise yourself in even one of these lines, talk about it. The room staff are there for that, and this conversation stays between you and them.

Getting help

To get help, please contact a room manager who will be pleased to talk with you, and who will support you in limiting yourself if needed.

Requesting a ban from entry

You may ask to no longer be admitted into the room. Please speak to a room manager who will arrange for you to be banned from the Casino de Marrakech.

Minors

Access to the gaming room is forbidden to them, without exception, and identification is requested at the entrance.

This site does not offer gambling

No game, no stake and no payment takes place on this site. The online satellites announced here are played on Unibet, under Unibet's responsibility and terms.

Personal data

What this site records

This site sets no cookies and uses no outside analytics service.

It counts its own visits: for each page opened, it notes the address viewed, the language, where the link came from and the screen size. It does not follow you from one day to the next — the marker used is a fingerprint recalculated every day, which changes at midnight. Your IP address is truncated before being written, then erased after seven days. The detail of a visit is kept for thirteen months, then deleted.

Package requests

If you fill in the booking form, the casino records what you write in it: surname, first name, email, phone, city, country, nationality, stay dates, package and hotel chosen. This information is used to call you back, check availability and confirm your stay. It is neither sold nor passed to a third party.

The contact form opens your own email application with the message already written: you send it yourself, and this site keeps nothing of it.

The results archive

The results archive publishes the outcome of the festivals played at Casino de Marrakech: for each tournament, the players who finished in the money, with their name, nationality, place and prize. This information comes from the casino's tournament software, the one that made the payments. These are the results of a public competition, and that is the basis on which they are published.

A player may ask for their name not to appear. The casino records that choice, and the site then shows their nickname instead, or "N.C" if they have none. An anonymous player has no player page: their results remain readable in their tournament's standings, without being gathered anywhere else under their name.

Removing your name from the results archive

Write to casino@essaadi.com giving your surname, first name and at least one festival you played. The casino checks that it is indeed you, then records your request in its tournament software. Your name leaves the site at the next update of the results archive.

The request covers all your results, past and future, and can be withdrawn the same way.

Your place and your prize stay published: these are the results of a competition, and removing them would distort the other players' standings. Only your identity is replaced.

Your rights

You may request access to the information concerning you, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, or object to it. Write to casino@essaadi.com: you will receive an answer, and proof of identity may be requested before any action is taken.

The processing described here falls under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, for which the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) is the supervisory authority. If you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you and you may lodge a complaint with your country's supervisory authority.
