Conditions of entry

Age

Access to the gaming room is reserved for adults. Identification is requested at the entrance, regardless of the apparent age of the person presenting themselves. Access to the Casino is FORBIDDEN to persons under 18 years of age.

Documents

A valid identity document is required to enter: PASSPORT ONLY.

Most of the festival players come from abroad: present yourself with the document you used to enter Morocco.

The Casino card

The Casino membership card is issued directly when an account is created. It can be physical or sent by QR Code by email.

Who can enter

Everyone is welcome at the Casino de Marrakech provided that the person is of legal age (18+) with appropriate behaviour.

Attire

Proper attire is required. Sports jerseys, sports/swimming shorts and open shoes are forbidden in the Casino, in the gaming room. More casual attire is tolerated during the Poker festivals in the Salons du Palace, but does not grant access to the table games and slot machines room.

Opening hours

The room is open every day. The tables open at 17:00, the cash game at 18:00, the machines at 14:00, and the night ends between 07:00 and 08:00 depending on the games. The times for each game are shown on its page.

The right to refuse entry

The establishment may refuse access or ask a person to leave the room in the cases provided for by the regulations and by its internal rules.

Gambling should remain a pleasure

Poker and table games are entertainment. They are neither a source of income, nor a way to fix a financial difficulty. Only stake sums whose loss would change nothing in your life.

Three habits that protect

Before you sit down, decide how much you are prepared to lose, and stick to it. Also decide the time at which you get up from the table. Never play to recover what you have just lost: it is the move that costs the most.

Requesting a ban from entry

You may ask to no longer be admitted into the room. Please speak to a room manager who will arrange for you to be banned from the Casino de Marrakech.

Minors

Access to the gaming room is forbidden to them, without exception, and identification is requested at the entrance.

This site does not offer gambling
