The rules: Blackjack

Once all players have placed their bets, each box receives two cards. The dealer receives one card face up. In the order given, each box holder may now ask for as many cards as they wish until they feel close enough to 21. Players exceeding a value of 21 with their cards have their stake and their cards collected by the dealer. When the last card holder declines to ask for another card ("Stay" or "No"), the dealer draws a second card. If they have obtained 16 points or less, they must draw another. From 17 points onwards, they are no longer allowed to draw a new card. If the dealer exceeds 21 points, all players still in the game automatically win. Otherwise, only players whose point total is closer to 21 than the dealer's win. When the player and the dealer are tied, the player keeps their stake. Black Jack The aim is to obtain a value of 21 with the first two cards (e.g. ace and king). Black Jack beats all other card combinations. Insuring against a Black Jack When the dealer's first drawn card is an ace, players may insure themselves against a possible dealer Black Jack by paying the corresponding amount (up to 50% of their stake) on the insurance line. If the dealer obtains a Black Jack, the insurance is paid at 2:1. Otherwise, the stake is kept by the dealer. Doubling You may double your stake with your first two cards. You will then only receive one more card. If you are not the box holder, you may only double when the holder decides to double their stake. Splitting You may split your hand if your first two cards are identical or of the same value, e.g. a pair of sixes or a jack and a queen. You then play with a "split hand", that is, with two separate stakes, which you may split up to three times. You must place a stake of the same amount as the first for each split hand. You then receive as many cards as you wish to continue your game. Exception: you only receive one card for two split ACES. In this case, "21 on one hand" no longer counts as Black Jack, as the card combination was not made with the first two cards. Bonus Blazing 7's Bonus You may place a Blazing 7s bet for 50dh. This bet may only be placed after you have made a normal Blackjack bet. You then play your hand as usual and if at least one of your first two cards is a 7, your additional bet wins. If you have two 7s, you win even more. And if you draw another card and it is also a 7, you win even more still. Each time a player places a Blazing 7s bet, the amount staked is added to a progressive jackpot. You are eligible for a portion of the progressive jackpot depending on the number of 7s obtained and the cards on which they appear.
